What is FocusTalk?
It is one of the screen readers.
What the screen reader is a software which outputs the text information indicated on the computer screen
to sound with special technology from the speakers.
It has been mainly not only used by people with visual impairment who work on their computers, but also used by the elderly people who can't easily read small letters, as they're able to make sure if the input values of their own are correct or not and to cut down their mistakes.
